A. Your VinoTXT controls are all based on a website which you operate using
internet explorer or a similar web browser.
Q. How does VinoTXT work?
A. There are two ways to use VinoTXT –
1) You can register unique codes which you add to promotional materials such as
newspaper ads. When your customer sends one of your codes via text message to 52732,
they instantly receive your message as a reply. You control the message that VinoTXT
sends to your customers using the VinoTXT.com website.
2) Encourage your members to ‘opt in’ to text alerts through your website, on promotional
materials and during the enrollment process. You can program VinoTXT to send alerts
to specific customer groups informing them of events or special offers. The message
you send and the time and date you send it, is controlled by you using the VinoTXT.com
website.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. As a general rule, the cost of VinoTXT is pennies for every text you send.
A flat monthly fee is charged for VinoTXT to send out texts on your behalf.
Q. How long do the messages last?
A. You control your messages. You can vary them as often as you like or maintain
the same offer constantly. The message remains on your customer’s cell phone until
they delete it.
